PRIVACY POLICY

The protection of your privacy is important to us, which is why we would like to inform you about the measures and principles applied in the data processing of this website.

1. BASICS

Users can use our website without having to provide any personal data. If personal data (such as name, address, e-mail address or telephone number) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis. These data are processed in accordance with the German and European data protection regulations applicable to us and the principles defined therein.

We endeavour to ensure the most complete possible protection of personal data processed via this website by means of organisational and technical measures. Nevertheless, Internet-based data transmissions (e.g. communication by e-mail) can always have security gaps, so that absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

3. COLLECTION OF GENERAL DATA AND INFORMATION

Every time a user visits our website, our website collects a series of general data and information which is stored in the log files of the server. The following in particular can be recorded

  • - the browser types and versions used,

  • - the operating system used by the accessing system,

  • - the website from which an accessing system reaches our website (so-called referrer),

  • - the subwebsites which are accessed via an accessing system on our website,

  • - the date and time of access to the website,

  • - an Internet Protocol (IP) address,

  • - the Internet service provider of the accessing system.

This general data and information is collected anonymously, i.e. we do not draw any conclusions about the person concerned when using it; we only evaluate it statistically. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a person concerned.

4. THE POSSIBILITY OF CONTACT VIA THE WEBSITE

Due to legal regulations, our website contains information that enables us to contact our company electronically quickly and to communicate directly with us, which also includes a general address for so-called electronic mail (e-mail address). If a person concerned contacts us by e-mail or via a contact form, the personal data transmitted by the person concerned is automatically stored. Such personal data transmitted to us on a voluntary basis by a data subject will be stored for the purpose of processing or contacting the data subject. This personal data is not passed on to third parties.

5. STORAGE AND TRANSFER OF DATA WHEN PLACIN AN ORDER

The provision of personal data may be necessary for the conclusion of a contract between us and the data subject; failure to provide such personal data would mean that the contract with the person concerned  could not be concluded.

The storage of personal data serves in this case exclusively for the provision of our contractually owed services. The same applies to storage processes that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of enquiries about our services.

A transmission of personal data to third parties or their further processing does not take place in this case. This is not the case if

  • - we are subject to a legal obligation requiring the processing or transfer of personal data, for example in the fulfilment of tax or commercial law obligations, or

  • - a transfer of personal data to third parties should be necessary in the context of contract processing.

6. ROUTINE DELETION AND BLOCKING OF PERSONAL DATA

We process and store personal data only for the period of time necessary for the provision of our contractually owed services; thereafter they are routinely deleted. Longer-term storage is possible insofar as we are obliged to do so on the basis of tax or commercial law storage and documentation obligations.

7. RIGHTS OF USERS

Users have the right,

  • - to receive information free of charge about the personal data we have stored about you;

  • - to receive the stored personal data in a structured, current and machine-readable format or to request the transmission to a person named by them;

  • - to correction or deletion of the stored personal data or restriction of their further processing and

  • - to revoke their consent to storage at any time.

8. CHANGES TO THE DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION

We reserve the right to amend this data protection declaration at any time in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
